Pakoras or bhajias when deep-fried carefully and attentively give an irresistible result.
- Clean, wash and soak fenugreek leaves in salt water for some time. Rewash, drain, squeeze and finely cut them.
- Mix all the ingredients. Prepare a smooth, thick batter of dropping consistency. Mix well.
- Serve hot with coriander or meethi chutney.
