Coriander chutney is an accompaniment to savoury snacks.
    Preparation Method
  1. Thoroughly clean, wash and cut the coriander leaves.
  2. Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste in a mixer or on a mortar-pestle. Add extra water if needed.
  3. Keep in a bowl. Serve as required.

  1. 1 cup coriander leaves
  2. 2-3 green chillies (cut)
  3. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoons water (approx.)
  6. salt to taste
  7. Optional:
  8. 1 tablespoon split gram roasted, puffed (dalia)
  9. 2 tablespoons fresh coconut (grated)
