Vegetable and Lentil Soup
Nuritious soup made of vegetables and lentils.
    Preparation Method
  1. Pressure cook the vegetables along with the green gram and 1 cup water for upto 1 whistle. Churn using a blender, strain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the ghee. Pour the soup mixture into it along with 1 cup warm water and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper and astir for a few minute. Serve hot.

  2. 4-5 french beans (chopped)
  3. 2 tablespoon split green gram (husked)
  4. pinch of pepper powder
  5. 1 tablespoon ghee
  6. salt to taste
