Rajasthani Fried Bati
Traditional Rajasthani speciality.
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix the ingredients of the dough along with warm water to knead to a hard dough.
  2. Take small portions of the dough and make small round balls.
  3. Pressure cook the bati for around 2-3 whistles.
  4. Remove the bati and then let it cool.
  5. Deep fry the batis in hot ghee. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  6. Serve with dal.

  2. 2 tablespoon ghee
  3. warm water (for kneading)
  4. salt to taste
  5. For deep frying
