Boondi Raita
Curd is a versatile base for all raitas. Here, fried besan granules are added to lightly beaten curd
    Preparation Method
  1. In a bowl, add spices and salt to curds.
  2. Before serving, add bundis to the curds.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

  1. 250 grams curd (boiled till 100°C)
  2. 100 grams boondi (plain or masala)
  3. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dhana-jeera powder
  5. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (finely cut)(Optional)
  6. salt to taste
