Home Made Paneer
    Preparation Method
  1. Boil milk in a thick bottom pan. Once the milk boils, add lime juice or sour curd to this boiling hot milk.
  2. Keep on stirring till the the milk curdles. Once the milk curdles pass it through a muslin cloth.
  3. Put the the cloth over the sieve with the vessel below it to drain all the liquid from the paneer. Put weight on the muslin cloth & allow it to set.
  4. Keep the weight until all the water is removed.
    Additional Note
  • This recipe can be had on tithi days only if curd is used instead of lime juice.
