Melt in the mouth, these rich biscuit like puris are crunchy and sweet to taste.
- Mix all ingredients. Knead to a firm, smooth dough.
- Divide into 15 equal portions. Knead and shape them to smooth balls. Roll out small rounds (puris). Prick them all over.
- On medium flame, heat ghee in a frying pan. Deep-fry few puris at a time till golden brown in colour. Drain, cool and store in an airtight container.
