- Sieve the wheat flour with maida siever.
- Add curd,malai,salt,sugar.
- Mix it well and bit it with whisk or boss mixy.
- Prepare a dough not flowy.
- Add milk if required
- Then in the end add eno soda mix it well
- Grease the rectangle bread tin well and also grease its lid well.
- Put the batter in it.
- Then keep dat tin in big round aluminium (jadi baati) cooker.
- Keep it till 30 min on medium flame
