Malai Kofta
    Preparation Method
  1. Mix well the ingredients of the kofta
  2. Combine the ingredients of the filling and mix well.
  3. Take small portions of the kofta mixture and flatten the portion with your hands. Then stuff the filling mixture into it.
  4. Deep fry the koftas in hot oil.
  5. Prepare the masala paste by combining the mentioned masalas.
  6. Heat water in a pan and boil tomatoes, bottle gourd and cabbage. Cool the vegetables and grind/blend them. Add the other ingredients of the gravy to it.
  7. Heat oil and saute the masala paste, then add gravy to it and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Pour this gravy over the koftas and serve hot.

~ INGREDIENTS ~
    For Kofta
  1. 4 raw bananas(boiled and mashed)
  2. 1 tsp green chilli paste (green chillies mixed in a grinder)
  3. 1 tsp garam masala
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. juice of 1/4 lemon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp corn flour
  8. 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  9. For Filling
  10. 1 cup paneer(grated)
  11. 1/4 cup american corn(boiled)
  12. 1/2 capsicum
  13. 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  14. 2 tbsp cashewnuts (kaju) & raisins (kismis)(optional)
  15. 1 tsp chilli paste (green chillies mixed in a grinder)
  16. 1 tsp garam masala
  17. 1 tsp sugar
  18. juice of 1/2 lemon
  19. salt to taste
  20. For Gravy
  21. 500 gms tomatoes
  22. 1/2 cup bottle gourd(boiled)
  23. 1/2 cup cabbage(boiled)
  24. 1 tsp dry ginger
  25. 1 tsp chilli paste and pudina paste
  26. 1 cup water
  27. 1/2 cup malai
  28. salt to taste
  29. For Sauting
  30. 2 tbsp oil
  31. For Masala Paste
  32. 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  33. 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  34. 3 tbsp cashewnuts (kaju) pieces
  35. 2 pieces of cinnamon,cloves,cardomom each
  36. 1 piece badiyan
  37. Other Ingredients
  38. 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
  39. 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  40. 1 tsp garam masala
  41. 2 tbsp sugar
