Anardana Churan
Dried pomegranate seeds with other ingredients are refreshing after a hearty meal. It also keeps the mouth fragrant.
    Preparation Method
  1. Sun dry the seeds till crisp. Grind to a fine powder. Sieve it.
  2. Roast cumin seeds till crisp. Grind finely.
  3. In a glass bowl, mix sugar and all the powders. Adjust the taste to individual liking.
  4. Churan powder can be coarse also.

  4. 15 grams pepper powder
  5. 1 tablespoon black rock salt powder
  6. 1 teaspoon asafoetida
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
