Easy to make crispy capsicum rings
- Cut the capsicum into rings.
- Mix all the ingredients of the batter and whisk it well to a coating consistency.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Dip each ring in the batter and fry till crisp and golden brown in colour.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on the crispy capsicum rings. Serve hot.
- Best served with salsa sauce. You can also serve it with tomato ketchup.
Preparation Method
- Oil should be very hot for deep frying.
